INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TEHCNOLOGY (IIT) HYDERABAD
The Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad popularly known as IIT Hyderabad or IITH, is an autonomous university permanent Campus located in Kandi,Andhra Pradesh. Presently IIT Hyderabad running in a temporary campus located at Ordinance Factory(ODF), Yeddumailaram village, Andhra Pradesh. IIT Hyderabad is eighth among currently fifteen Indian Institutes of Technology.
IIT Hyderabad has 6 engineering departments,three science departments and Department of Liberal Arts.The Engineering Departments include Computer Science,Electrical,Chemical,Civil,Mechanical,Chemistry etc.
Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad has a vision that IITH will be the cradle for inventions and innovations. It will advance knowledge and scholarship to students in science, technology and liberal arts, and equip them to handle the challenges of the nation and the world in 21st century.It has a mission statement :
